My name is Andy, and I guide my clients through this therapy.
Like many others, my own suffering led me to this path. When it reached its peak, I spent weeks trapped in intense anxiety, repeatedly experiencing panic attacks.
About a week later, I was introduced to a method that allowed me to fully experience my emotions instead of running from them—leading me to true freedom. This therapy turned out to be a beautiful journey of self-discovery, taking me to even greater depths than I had ever known. Through it, I also learned how to be fully present within myself—to truly "live" in my own being. And that is exactly what we all long for. When I am within myself, I simply feel "at home," at peace with myself, with others, and with everything around me.
Now, I see how my life is changing. Many of the uncomfortable emotions that once defined my daily reality—because I had never known any other way—finally started making sense. It hasn't been an easy journey. It requires regular deep dives into therapy, a willingness to face my uncomfortable emotions again and again, and to sit with them "face to face." But this process has brought positive changes on many levels, as well as a profound exploration of my own inner universe.
And now, I know I can only look forward to even more discoveries. 😊
My Journey Towards Connection with Body, Mind, and Soul
Throughout my personal growth journey, I've explored many approaches that have helped shape not only my health but also a deeper connection to myself. I've practiced meditation, yoga, year-round sea swimming, cold plunges, fasting, and experimented with various dietary styles—vegetarian, vegan, raw, gluten-free, keto, you name it. I've also delved into the impact of the gut microbiome on overall well-being, gradually forming my own system that feels aligned and nourishing.
Today, my foundation lies in a daily routine of yoga, breathwork, and a mindful hydration ritual. Alongside regular sessions with my therapist—or self-guided inner work where I tend to my emotions—I embrace healing modalities such as ecstatic dance, salsa, tantra, conscious touch, long walks in nature, and cycling adventures.
I pay great attention to what I eat. I avoid processed foods with additives and prioritize fresh, whole ingredients—especially fruits and vegetables I grow myself. Gardening is one of my deepest passions.
After years of exploring different diets, I now follow the wisdom of my body. The more I deepen my connection to myself, the clearer and more natural this inner guidance becomes.
Food is one of my greatest joys. I am both a gourmet and an intuitive cook, creating from the heart and in tune with the present moment and what is in the fridge.
